Bed&Breakfast – On the cups, ready, steady, go!
In the morning like a king, so they say. If you book a room with us in Rio Bianco, a great, well-balanced breakfast with lots of goodies is included (07.30 am – 09.30 am). Homemade jams, fresh bread, various muesli, juice, coffee, tea, yoghurt, pastries, everything your heart desires.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax of 2,40 € per person (from 14 years) and night is not included in the mentioned room rates and will be charged on the bill at the end of the stay.

Baby cot
Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge as long as they sleep in their parents’ bed. We can provide a baby cot on request (extra charge 5,00 € per day & cot).
Pets
Pets are welcome, provided that you inform us in advance. They will be charged 10,00€ per night without food. Please bring your own dog bed. If pets are not registered at the time of arrival, accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Registration is also required for the restaurant, where only individual dining rooms are available for guests with dogs.
- Booking guarantee – deposit payment
Room bookings are only binding once a deposit of 30 % of the total amount has been paid. Upon receipt of which the final confirmation will follow.The deposit can be paid by bank transfer and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation (within 30 days prior arrival) it can be used for a future stay. - Payment possibilities
The room bill can be paid in cash (in Euro, by law up to 4,999.00 Euro), by giro card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Bank transfers on departure are not accepted. - Cancellation – For absolutely no one pleasant …
We ask for your understanding that cancelling a room reservation at short notice will incur a cancellation fee, as it also means a burden on our small business.
Shortening of the stay is also part of this. Travel insurance is recommended in any case.

Your room is ready for occupancy from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. You are also welcome to inform us by telephone about your approximate arrival time in Rio Bianco. If you expect to arrive late (after 6 p.m.), please let us know.

Unfortunately every holiday comes to an end, but as they say? After the holiday is before the holiday! On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m. Not going home yet? If you are still planning a mountain adventure, you are welcome to leave your car with us. - Food intolerances & food diets
It is essential to inform us of any allergies or food intolerances when booking a room or a table in the restaurant. We do our best, but we would also like to say that the traditional cuisine of the Valle Aurina consists mainly of flour, eggs, milk and butter – what our farmers used to be able to produce themselves. We love to bring these dishes into the modern era and keep traditions alive. This is why we ask for your understanding that our vegan alternatives are very limited. - Parking – Engine OFF Adventure ON
